That is AMAZING!! How cool!! I would love to one day do a bike ride like that. We drove from seattle to portland and it wsa sooo BEAUTIFUL, Im sure bike would be even more- well, if it wasn't so intense!
I LOVE your signs for him- what a GREAT wife you are!!!! The kids holding hands is just precious!!!
OH! I wish we could have come up! Kev would have had so much fun doing it (we would have had fun too)! I am sure the scenery is amazing too, not that the riders even pay attention to it. Were there any crazy climbs in it or was it a pretty straight shot? I took a pic of Kevin climbing the worst mountain pass last year at Lotoja and he was NOT happy! I love Terry's helmet hair. It always makes me laugh when Kev has that. I hate the salty face and hair though. Gag! Maybe he will do it next year! This year was too crazy with our house!!! I LOVE the pic of Ty smiling!!!! The hand holding one is so sweet too! How about you give him a little nibble for me!
Good job Terry...someday when I get a bike I want to do it with you! Do you think you'll do it again, or are you in the "why in the heck did I do that?" mode still? That's how I always feel after a marathon for a month or so...then its "which ones next?!" Ha ha...the things we do for fun :) Love you guys, hope you're doing well!
Kissy- I know I wish you guys would have come too. It was real fun and REALLY beautiful weather. It is so pretty up here. Shell-Terry says he really doesn't want to do it again. He liked it but he really didn't have fun. He would rather ride for shorter periods of time. But he is talking about maybe doing it again next year....we'll see!!
I am from Las Vegas,NV. I am a mom of Paige, Ty and Stockton. I met my sweetheart through a good friend of mine Jennie Johnson in 2003. Terry is from Kennewick, WA and was going to school in Provo,UT. We talked on the phone for 2 weeks before we even met! Our first phone call we talked for 5 hours! Terry says he just listened all that time.....yeah right! I totally loved talking to him. I pretty much knew he was different then all the others and when I first saw him.....that was it for me! We dated and did the long distance thing for 3 months and then got engaged on Christmas morning. We were married Aug. of '04 in the Columbia River Temple. He is everything I hoped for and more.We have ALOT of fun together. I love being a mom! People keep saying to enjoy this time in my life and I really try so hard but time keeps ticking away. I realized no matter how many hugs, kisses and fun times you have, you still wish you had more!I really love my little family and I am so excited for the road ahead!
