Our Vegas/California Trip

25 days of traveling, fun, shopping, beach, eating out, Cafe Rio, swimming, being with family and the kids playing with Aunt Tata's new dog Scarlett aka Scarlick :)

We left July 6th. It was just me and the kids that drove 9 hours to Utah to stay with Aunt Michelle. The kids did great! Thank heavens for DVD players in the van! We played with cousins and had fun! A couple of days later we left to head to Las Vegas! It's a 6 hour drive from Michelle's. We made a small pit stop in St.George, Utah to take some missionary photos for my cousins son.

We arrived in Vegas and the party began! We had a great time! There was a huge fire near my parents home that just filled the sky with smoke for a few days. Also my parents had the worst ant problem ever! They've never had ants before! It was quite funny! Simple Green really does get rid of them! Trust me! After about 10 days of being in Vegas Terry came to join us and we were so happy to have him with us! Then off to Sunset Beach California where we stayed in a beach house with: Nana, Papa, us, aunt Tata, Jacob, Chance, uncle Harley, aunt Bonnie and Gram! It was so much fun! We rode bikes and played in the ocean! The kids could have played in the ocean for weeks! They loved it until they taken out by a wave haha! That scared them and they hated the salt water!

We had a great trip! Another Vegas summer trip success!
