Nana came to visit Oct 26th-Nov4th!!

"Nana" came to visit us for quite a long time. See..... We had planned on going to Hawaii for Terry's sister Lindys wedding. So we called my mom first to see if she could come watch the kids..... Of course she said 1000% YES! So we started to plan. As months went by we noticed that things started to come to make it a little hard to go...... Then bigger things. To the point where we just had to throw in the Hawaii towel and make a plan B. I didn't want to cancel my mom. No way! Why would I cancel FREE babysitting for a WEEK???!! Especially since Terry and I had never been on a real vacation. So Terry just said....."let me take care of it." So the day came when my mom would come! Yay! We picked her up from the airport, drove her to the kids school so she could know where to go and brought her back to our house, gave her a daily list of instructions for the kids and OFF WE WENT!!!!! Just me and my sweetie! Terry planned a trip for us up in Northern Idaho in a little town called Hope. It's a gorgeous town outside of Sandpoint. We spent 6 days and 5 nights away from our mom and dad duties! It was amazing to say the least! We didn't know what to do with ourselves..... Really! It was so surreal. We had a blast and the Fall colors were beyond beautiful! We were right on a lake so our view was stunning.
We arrived back home on Halloween. To say the kids had fun would be a complete understatement. My mom way exceeded my expectations. We can't wait for her to come back!!
