Paige's Birthday and more.......

Alright..... so our sweet Paige turned 4 August 22nd! My mom "Nana" was able to come and share in the fun too! What a FUN short weekend! We tried to cram as much as we could while my mom was here and BOY were we tired after she left! She had a "Princess Tu-Tu party" and a few little girls came and it was sweet. Terry brought her a yellow rose and it was the sweetest thing you ever saw! Her eyes just LIT up and she carried that around and told everyone that her daddy gave it to her! Now I'll tell you the story about her super fun cake she had! My SIL Annette saw the kit at Michaels and wanted to get it to make for her daughter but really wanted to try it first before..... so she looked at me....... let me just say that cake decorating is SO NOT my thing and I really didn't want to do it but I thought I should really give it a try! So me and my SIL attempted it and it wasn't so bad! It took a lot of time to get it ready but it turned out so freakin cute!!!!! But by the day of her party it started to fall apart but Paige didn't care. People ask " would you do it again?".........ummmmmm I dont think so. Too much time and I'll just leave that cake stuff to Annette she's so good at it and she loves doing it so I'll enjoy it through her and I'll just make the basic cakes! Thanks Annette you're pretty amazing! It was fun and I appreciate the time you put into it!

Paige is such a sweet, sweet girl! She is such a mommy and such a GIRL! SHe pretends to be a ballerina, a princess, and a mom! I love her so much! She is a joy and has been so easy since birth! Her personality is so sweet and her heart is so BIG! SHe is always thinking of others and is such a help around the house. She's my sidekick and reminds me everyday of myself! She's just way better! I am so proud to be her mom and Terry and I just can't believe how lucky we are to have her!  These past 4 years with her have been awesome! Her spirit is amazing and listening to her talk and watching her grow is so fun! She loves church and sings so many of the primary songs and comes home knowing so much! Pre-school is doing good for her too! SHe enjoys it so much and is learning a ton. I love teaching her from home and the whole pre-school at home is AWESOME!  I took her out on our annual date and did pics of her ( go to my photo blog to the right to see pics) and we had so much fun! I do get chocked up at times thinking about how fast they grow......ITS TOO TOO FAST!  I am so happy to be her mom and Love her to no end! Hope you had a great birthday Paige. Swim Lessons 2009! This was Paige's 1st year of lessons and she LOVED it soooo much! We decided to put her in because one of my previous Laurels Katilin was teaching and Paige more than adores her she calls her her best friend! So, Terry thought we'd splurge and do it for Paige since Katilin was going to go away to BYU for fall! I have NO REGRETS it was so much fun seeing her grow and just have so much fun! It was so sad to see Kaitlin go and justthis morning Paige said" Mom I miss Kaitlin". We just love her too! Congrats Paige on doing so great on your 1st year of lessons!!!
